By accessing or using joinswc.org, enrolling in any SWC program, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Starr Wellness Collective, Inc. ("SWC," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 83-4003533) providing digital-first nutrition education for individuals, families, and organizations. Our mission is to make science-backed wellness education accessible to everyone.

Permitted Use

You may use joinswc.org and our programs for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• ✓Use our site or content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• ✓Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission
• ✓Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems
• ✓Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platforms

Program Access

Access to SWC programs — including the Adult Nutrition Masterclass, Family & Teen Program, and Corporate Wellness offerings — is subject to enrollment requirements and any applicable fees or donation requests described at the time of enrollment.

Pay It Forward Model

SWC operates a "Pay It Forward" model that allows community members to sponsor access for others. Sponsored access is provided at our discretion and subject to availability. Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

Program Content

All program content, including videos, workbooks, masterclasses, and written materials, is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or health routine.

Intern Program

Participation in the SWC Intern Program — whether as a student intern or a business partner — is subject to additional terms communicated at the time of application. SWC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

All content on joinswc.org — including text, graphics, logos, videos, curriculum materials, and program content — is the property of Starr Wellness Collective, Inc. or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a page for your own reference) is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or attribution notices.

Our site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SWC does not warrant that our site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The educational content provided through SWC programs is for informational purposes only. SWC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starr Wellness Collective, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SWC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

SWC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Donations made to Starr Wellness Collective, Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.

SWC reserves the right to use donations in furtherance of its mission at its discretion. We do not guarantee that donations will be applied to any specific program or initiative unless explicitly stated at the time of the donation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Starr Wellness Collective, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
